Though a glance at the door and the floor indicate he notices the blood- the latter is stepped around- the man shows no sign of being troubled by it... or otherwise. He might have some similar features to vampiric entities, but he isn't one.
Or he's very good at hiding any attraction to blood.
The tray of food is brought near but it is not placed directly before the half-elf. No need to risk a direct whiff of the food triggering another bout of nausea no matter how mild it smells at a distance. The dose of medicine- and it is one dose- and the water are set much closer.
The room is given a once over, possibly looking for more signs of the difficulties the Dark Urge is going through. ]
