Typically bacta is applied in one of two ways; submersion in a tank like the one in the infirmary, or applied as topical patches in far smaller doses.
We have the first but not the second. Which may be an issue, as an inmate reported to me that a warden recently used stitching, something that a bacta patch could have healed far more quickly and painlessly, with less scarring overall.
All right. Are you willing to write down what you know about the use and storage of bacta pads? I'll request literature as well, but it sounds like you know enough to provide instructions on practical use.
