He and two others were created, for lack of a better word, with the intention of reviving a singular person. For now, Kadaj seems interested in finding out if he can be more. One of the others is here as well. Yazoo. He seems to be willing to follow Kadaj's lead.
[ There's more but the former Turk pauses here to let Remy absorb what's been said so far. There was no derision in Vincent's tone to suggest that 'created' makes either of the two Remnants lesser. It was just a statement of how they came into being. ]
[Given everything he'd seen even before the Narrenschiff, given everything that had happened with Maddie and Jean, it doesn't take him long to absorb the information.]
Those boys gonna have one hell of a learning curve. They clones? Or somethin' a bit more complicated?

Don't misunderstand my meaning. But when they were first created, it wouldn't have been inaccurate to call them figments. Memories of the one they were made to revive. So in that sense, they have succeeded in becoming something more. Something the Admiral recognizes as a possibility for change.
[ Where Vincent is, he shakes his head. But that can't be seen, so he continues. ]
Since it's not really a secret, [ There was an entire network debacle when Yazoo appeared. ] the individual was Sephiroth, someone who is also on the Barge.
The other thing I want to bring up is that because of the circumstances during our stay on the Narrenschiff, I was able to request his weapon from the Admiral. He's in possession of it and restore materia. ... What we use for magic. This one heals. It'll be up to his warden whether he keeps them, but he requested that they be put in my keeping or D'Vana Tendi's if you chose to be more cautious.
[The network blowup had been something he'd glanced over in his backreading, but at the time, it hadn't been relevant to what he was looking for. He'll have to double back and take a more in-depth look.]
If there been no trouble since he got back, I don't think there a need to take them away. If he go and get himself in a fight, we can revisit that.
Alright. I tend to keep an eye on their activities out of habit, but largely leave it in the hands of their wardens after speaking with them. You're welcome to ask questions. I'll try to answer what I can.
