He takes it with a little huff, wiping his face where the discolored saliva has started to run down his temple. Thankfully it hadn't dripped onto his shirt. He folds it and puts it in his pocket, "I'll launder that and return it later." Because he does have some manners, after all.

"I've met Ms. Tendi, she was very interested but I've already turned her down." He was actually polite about it too, which is rare, but he liked her, her approach to science with a wonderous excitement. "I'll split shift between here and my current assignment if thats alright with you." Because this is uncertain, it would be better to keep his foot in the door at the vet.

But he will shake his head, "I'm not squeamish generally but...depending on what kind of high stress, I-" he swallows, "I can handle a regular crisis, but I cant say the same for something strange or super natural. I...have a tough time given what I experienced before I died."
